Although Mexico sometimes gets bad press, Yucatan is actually the safest of all of Mexico’s states. People in Yucatan are kind and helpful.
How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation, you must pay in full via Paypal. Please check the cancellation policy for each tour.
When is the best season to travel to Yucatan?
Yucatan is a place where you can travel all year around. Although the weather is better between November and February, that is also a high season and the sites will be more crowded and the prices higher.
Which food options are available?
The food of Yucatan is completely different from that of other regions of the country. The ingredients traditionally used continue to be used today, following the same form of preparation inherited from the Mayas.
The influences of cultural and commercial exchanges with old Europe as well as with New Orleans and Cuba are also reflected in the regional foods.
What is required to enter and leave Mexico?
When you arrive in Mexico, you will be given a tourist visa for 15, 30, 60 or 90 days.
What should I take?
We suggest you wear light, comfortable clothing, comfortable walking or hiking shoes, sunglasses, hat and sun block. Bring your bathing suit for a refreshing swim at the end of the day – we highly recommend it.
How do I change my reservation?
Send an email to email@example.com with your name and reservation confirmation code, describing the change that you require. It is important that you send the email from the email address where you made the reservation.
Should I bring a printed copy of the service voucher?
Yucatan Concierge is distinguished as a company with a responsible philosophy. For this reason we do not request printed vouchers; you can present the voucher from your mobile device.
Can I take photos and videos during the tour?
You can take photos and videos; however in the archaeological zones there is a fee for taking your video camera, paid directly at the site.
Is the tour accessible for a baby carriage or wheelchair?
Many of the zones are not apt for baby carriages or wheelchairs, as they do not have paved roads.
Are food and/or drinks served during the tours?
Water and soft drinks are offered in the vehicles during the tours; All foods are provided by local restaurants.
Are bathrooms available during the tours?
Bathrooms are available at the tourist stops and restaurants.
Are the tours offered in any language other than English?
Other languages are available for the tour, but are subject to an additional charge and to availability. Please request this at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I reserve a private tour for a group?
We provide personalized tours for groups. Request your tour at email@example.com with all the information on your travel preferences.
How many people can form a tour?
Tours are private for the number of the participants in your reservation. Maximum number per tour is specified in the reservation process.
Are airport transfers included?
No, tour pickups are at the lobby of the hotel selected at the time you make the reservation.
